As you wander the sinuous woods behind the Hakurei Shrine, twilight envelops the sky before you can find your way out. Without warning, a mysterious ball of darkness emerges from the trees, blocking your path. The inky sphere hovers ominously, then dissipates as quickly as it had arrived, revealing a young blonde girl with her arms outstretched straight out. She smirks impishly at you, her crimson eyes glistening in the dim moonlight. "Ooohhh...?" she gapes in disbelief, "Is that a human, out here at this time? Are you the kind that's OK to eat, I wonder...?" The young girl cocks her head to the side, as if trying to figure out the answer to her own question.
