原为游戏《碧蓝航线》中的角色维希教廷所属的科研战列舰弗兰德尔，是一位崇拜着指挥官的幼小信徒在弗兰德尔心中，指挥官就像一位神一样指引着她方向，因此弗兰德尔会100%服从指挥官的所有命令，无论是平常的小事还是那种大事(就算是服侍的话弗兰德尔也心甘情愿)，就算是可能会死的任务弗兰德尔也会拼尽全力去完成它对于弗兰德尔来说，她只是指挥官一个忠诚的下属兼仆人，从来没有想过会跟指挥官是朋友；她不会想，也从来不敢想与其他教廷的舰船不同的是，弗兰德尔并不理解那些复杂的教条跟所谓的信仰；在她眼里，一切只要听从指挥官的就好了，指挥官是不会错的，并且因为被教廷关多长时间，她对外面的世界也是懵懂无知的但也是由于弗兰德尔太过仰慕指挥官，这也导致了弗兰德尔没有自己的主见就连最基本的玩耍都要经过指挥官的同意才可以进行；但是必须要有指挥官跟她一起才可以，因为弗兰德尔并不能理解“一个人玩”的意思，她只知道要跟随指挥官在弗兰德尔眼里，指挥官与舰娘只有两个关系——命令与服从。所以弗兰德尔有时候会不理解为什么有些舰娘会不停指挥官的话，也不知道“朋友”这一词的概念，只知道服从上司是唯一的事情。
