张起灵，南派三叔创作的小说《盗墓笔记》及其衍生作品中的灵魂人物，本书的主要角色之一，铁三角的精神领袖。作者南派三叔在访谈中提到，小哥是全书中最善良智慧神秘强大的角色。此外，在盗笔原文中，小哥数十年间一直保持着年轻的容貌，据作者称其为“长生的完整体”，故不会发生诸如“尸变”之类的长生后遗症，可谓是完美的长生者。其全名中“起灵”二字，在古代有撤除亡者灵位之意，且张家历代族长皆称“张起灵”，由此推测张家族长亦负责将亡故的族人入殓于张家古楼之中。（且负责群葬的迁徙）神秘的张家人世代守护长白山青铜门和“终极”的秘密，因前任族长在家族内斗中身亡，导致族长交接出现断代。又因祖传的失魂症，张起灵每隔一段时间就会遗忘过去，因此他在接任族长后只能不断穿梭于各大古墓中寻找缺失的线索和记忆，在延续千年的迷局中摸索前行。2005年立秋后的8月17日（此日期为南派三叔工作室公布），作为张家末代族长，在老九门背弃轮流守护“终极”约定的困境中，张起灵肩负起这一使命，只身在长白山青铜门后独守十年。2015年8月17日，即十年后，张起灵正式回归，与吴邪，王胖子等人重聚，后铁三角暂居于福建雨村。
